Chef Pablo Colmenares: The heart of our cuisine.

His time at the culinary institution Le Cordon Bleu in London and a number of
renowned kitchens have exposed his creative spirit and his constant exploration of
the authentic flavours of the city that never sleeps. Pablo has been running the
kitchen at New York Burger since 2015, bringing an avant-garde and innovative
perspective, creating a menu in which the Burgers are not the only stars of the
menu and in which artisanal processes, fresh ingredients and smoked flavours
stand out, thus consolidating us as a reference in the art of slow cooking.
